- preserve
- Record it as-is; do not transform or route it yet.
- classify
- Identify its domain and artifact type; its destination may remain unknown.
- ask
- Stop and ask Rick before acting.
- defer
- Keep it in custody and revisit it later.
- promote
- Elevate it to a more durable surface, such as note → todo → canon.
- route
- Hand it to its owning domain, table, or destination.
- archive
- Retire it from active work but retain it for history.
- execute
- Perform the proposed action now.
- refuse
- Decline it because acting would be harmful, unsafe, or inappropriate.
